Schedule A Meeting

To ensure our client’s requests are addressed quickly, and to ensure efficient business operations, we have decided to implement a booking calendar as of December 17th, 2022 to allow our clients to schedule a meetings easily.

Phone/Online meetings will be done over the phone, Zoom, or Google Calendar.

In-person meetings will be held at the client’s location or any other location that is convenient and accessible to the client (e.g. a coffee shop) within 50 kms of Burlington, ON. A $50 travel charge is added to the in-person meetings below.

HST (13%) is already included in the fees below.

Please note: in case the meeting continues past the originally scheduled time, additional time will be billed in 15-minutes increments at our current standard hourly rate ($100.00).

Please note: 24 hours notice is required for cancellation in order to receive a full refunds. Fees for meetings cancelled outside of the 24 hours are not refundable and a credit will be issued towards reschedulling another meeting or towards the client’s account.
